I bet it was beautiful too as the weather starts changing there. Love the pics......Do you guys remember when you all sat on top of the cannons at West Point? You also sat on them (Ry you were so little and scared of the noise) at one of Washington's training camps. Megan and Andrew were with you guys.....have those photos and your picture with Carrie reminded me of that.

So...who caught the boquet and who got the garter? you know I like those details Scotty.......did you dance with the fam? Do they think you're insane on the dance floor?

I want to move to Va

I spent the weekend in Virginia with the GF attending a wedding for one of her best friends. I had an unbelievable time out there and it made me really miss New York. Some of the highlights included:

• Watching a Nationals game in there new park

• Cheering the South Carolina Gamecocks to victory

• Meeting all 45 of Carries buddies....they gave me a lot of shit

• Metro rides

• Fawn Lake

• Rehearsal dinner

• Dancing my face off at the wedding

• Having the best Sunday ever!!! Skins game, BBQ, watching the rain, playing with little Nico

Had a wonderful visit with Wink. the city was amazing. Beautiful, clean and fun. Thanks Lis for taking two days off. Can't wait to hear about your weekend Scott and Rybo. Got the update from Dado.....his leg was more swollen from this trip....poor guy.

Here I am, full of wisdom, movement, power as I tower over adversity, can't you see that I was meant to be the one and only Lisa Kirby? I blur the lines between what is reality and society's tremendously uninformed assumptions. We all beat the drum to a constant monotonous drawn out daily routine. But I've seen and I've tasted the long lasting all embracing Source Energy that has sent me into a whirlwind of contemplation and re-calculation as I put a halt on the normally stalwart negative thoughts of the unawakened masses. To possess a flicker of this delightful knowledge, to remember to remember that we have the power to set forth these rockets of desire, to think and attract all that we ask for. How glorious the moment when we claim ownership to the beautiful life that is ours to design. My canvas is ever changing and defining. Reason # 47 Why I hate LA

Ok, so I went to the Citizen Cope Concert at the House of Blues on Sunset last night and he did an amazing job despite having to sing over a LOUD, rude, clueless audience. I've never been so ashamed of a place where I live than I am right now. The souls of these LA people are hollow! The GF and I were standing next to a couple that were more interested in there IPHONE and Captain Morgan and cokes than they were vibing out with Cope. She definitely goes to USC and he was probably in USC grad school. Puke on your Dick!!! I tried to tune everything out but it was very difficult-what was everyone TALKING about?!
